New debit card?

Greetings peeps!

The question I have might be very stupid so forgive me in advance. Long story short, I've been e-whoring for awhile, when I'd get banned I'd go to a new bank and make a new free account with the bank and with that also get a new VISA card that (along with a new IP and all that) I'd use to make a new PayPal account and that's been working pretty decently. I recently got banned again, fuck it, but this time I didn't go to a new bank, rather I went to a bank which debit card I already used on PayPal and got banned with ages ago, requested a new debit card as I had "lost my current card", made a new account, confirmed my card, withdrew money, it got to me in 3 days (as per usual), on a Friday, but I got banned the next day with a very general "you're in violations of terms of use bla bla".

Additional details to the "story" : The account was very fresh, in only a week I got a few payments, bought a WoW subscription (lmao) and in like the 4th day of using my paypal, linked my card and withdrew about $60 right away. Also, the people I got money from, some of them were my usual "clients" (lmao again) who sent payments to some of my older accounts that got banned.

My question is : Did I get banned because they simply have access to my bank account number via my debit card, realised I already used a different debit card but same bank account? Or is it a combination of all the stuff from my Additional details section? If they have access to my bank account number once I link my debit card, why didn't I get banned right away, or like the day after? Very very unsure what the real reason is. I had to withdraw the money asap because of personal reasons, I usually would take my time and not withdraw everything I had etc etc!

Thanks in advance, this always had me questioning how much info PayPal actually gets and uses and also how withdrawing money actually fully works , down to the details.
Cheers!
Reasons they might lock/ban your account include:
-Same IP as the old account
-Cheap proxy and or blacklisted IP (if whoer identifies it as a proxy then no don't use it)
-Same machine/browser as the old account (even if you uninstall your browser and do everything from scratch your canvas fingerprint remains the same)
-No phone verification (that's basic)
-Email beacons identified you again using your fingerprint/ip or other leak
-WebRTC leak (you should fix it before doing anything)
-IPv6 leak, use a good VPN to avoid it
-CC/Debit card name same as the old one (you're playing with fire)
-Identical behavior to your old account, as you said you took money from the same people (which people PayPal uses as bate to identify you since they are legit themselves)
-Scamming/too many chargebacks & the such (you don't need any reasoning for that)

Now, what to do instead:
-Learn how to setup Virtual Machines on your workstation, shield them and always use a VPN while online, if you don't want to mess with your machine you can rent a vps and do what I said there, just don't try using a vpn on the vps itself (only with the virtual machine)
-Never ever ever (ever) use cards &/or bank accounts related to your name or someone close to you. I won't tell u where but you can potentially buy what u need without risking your name.
-Use an HQ proxy from a long-standing company (SSLPP,HP,GP) if you can't go with Luxsocks (which would be harder since socks can go offline anytime).
-Finally, now that everything is different you can resume your activities without risking your a$$ everyday. Just avoid repeating the exact same moves u did with your older accounts (eg if someone sent u 25$ as f&f you could now send him an invoice asking him to pay 30 or 20$ for a digital good).

Extra gigs include: "Unique" HTTPS headers, your monitor and window sizes (both play their role) and legit numbers (even though they allow GVoice they know it's not a real number).

Using a vpn behind your proxies is mandatory bcs if for some reason they fail you, guess what? Your IP remains safe. I won't count the other 200 reasons why you always need to use a vpn even if you don't deal with Black/grey/white hat stuff. 🤝
