After doing everything, they don't approve my ad and suspend my account.

I do this from an ad account of mine from ip argentina .
The campaign was aimed at people from portugal .

Does that influence anything ?  You can give me some advice that I'm wrong.

First of all, thank you for responding.

I made a page in instagram about cell phone sales.
I bought 20k of followers, and then my idea was to make a draw of Samsung S1O for having reached the 20k of followers .
Maybe the error was my domain .tech ?
Should I use a .com ?
Before publishing the ad, putting the domain in "more information" came out as a warning that the ad could be rejected, I gave no importance .
But I received the suspension of my account and rejected ad.

If your account was suspended, it might be the fake followers.
Many people reported having their account suspended by rapidly buying lots of followers in the last weeks.
Not saying this is exactly the reason, but it most likely is since your account was suspended.
There is a problem with your account and not your ad, because they would just reject your ad and leave your account.

I think I expressed myself wrongly.
My Facebook ads account was suspended.
My 20k false followers instagram account is active .
I will try to try with an account without followers aver if you may be right brother .

Oh Facebook ads with CPA is really a pain in the ass.
If you are going to do this, prepare to have lots of money to invest.
Facebook bans quite a lot of accounts for advertising CPA offers.
People who do this, purchase many aged FB accounts to do this thing and they get banned often.
