I would have to check the functions to make sure nothing is specific to 4, but IG I can try. It does seem pretty standard at this point for Windows machines to have 4 included in their service packs, but if you are talking about use for Win 7, I will be happy to try.

Yes I was talking about Windows 7, since their default .NET framework version is 3.0 :)

The thing is that not many people (in this case Windows 7 users) knows what .NET framework even is, so they don't bother to update to the latest version.
That's why I like to use RAT that have .NET framework compatibility 3.0.
