TP LINK WN721N unable to capture WPA HANDSHAKE

hello everyone,
i recently borrowed TL WN721N from a friend and running it on Kali linux.
everything works fine it even connect with internet and goes in monitor mode as well but it just won’t capture WPA Handshake.
i’m kind of stuck in a loop here.
after running aireplay-ng it runs deauth but doesn’t capture the WPA handshake.
any help is appreciate, thank you.
sorry for bad english.

Odd , that really isn't supposed to happen , did you try it on your own AP ? if not then try to confirm , run airodump-ng on your AP and try connecting to the network with another device , say for example your smartphone , if this works , then there must be a problem with packet injection on the card

I don’t know if this will help but when i connect it with the network i’m connected to it captures the handshake but when i try to do it on my phone hotspot it doesn’t.

That's exactly what a handshake is ( when a device connects to the acces point ) , if you can capture the handshake while connecting another device then there's no problem with your network card , that's when you pay attention to packet injection , to test if it works run the command aireplay-ng -9 .
