At 27 May, The member M L T refunded me 450$. Although the refund is pending in Paypal but I marked the dispute resolved. Today, I got email from Paypal that the refund was failed. So I want to ask if there is a way to reopen the deal dispute in HF, or how to go about it the correct way that doesn't violate Hackforums rules.

I don't know this guy MLT. But have seen lot of disputes against him in a recent time. I think that's not a good way of doing business.

I don't believe you can reopen the dispute after clicking resolve.

Next time, just "close" the thread to end the discussion and only click "resolve" after you received the refund successfully.

This way if anything were to occur like this, you could simply click to "open" the thread again and reply with an update to the dispute that the refund had failed.

You should know that M L T I believe has a criminal record. You should try to contact his Parole officer or someone in his vicinity to report that he is scamming people online. Don't take that bullshit lying down.
