So I bought a used iphone online, plugged it in the power and all i get is the apple logo, it turns down quickly and it continues to loop like that

wtf is wrong, i'm so pissed on these guys that sold me the shit

You must place it into recovery mode or DFU Mode then initiate a restore via itunes.

yep!! i put it in DFU and iTunes recognized it, now it's downloading a software update, hopefully, that'll do the trick lol

Nice, I remember the days I owned an iPhone.. i ditched it for android after jailbreaking got patched

okay so after a lot of testing, I tried it with a better charger and it looks like it worked this time, HOWEVER, my battery is charging terribly slow, like it's on 1% for like 30 min 1 hour now?

any ideas?

Garbage battery maybe that's why it was being sold.

Try getting a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and cleaning the charging port, if it still charges slowly it has to be something with the battery.

go to ifixit and grab a new batter. comes with the kit and instructions on how to replace
