Attempting to hack into Twitter/Outlook accounts. Need guidance.

Hi, all,

So, as the subject says, I'm desperately trying to seek ways to hack into this person's account. They have made my life hell online for three years and I feel like I can't even use social media without them finding some way to attack me. Sounds lame, I know, but a person truly does get fed up. I've tried reporting them and it has gotten me absolutely nowhere.

While they have Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc., I'm specifically targeting their Twitter accounts. They have two. I've discovered the phone number for one and the email for the other, but the one that's used the most to come after me in various ways is the one whose email I know of. That's the account I want gone most.

I'm either trying to find ways to get into their email or possibly spoof a text and have them go to a phishing site where they enter their credentials and hope that their passwords are the same for both Twitter accounts. As you can see, though, I'm not entirely which direction is best for this. Therefore, I need guidance.

Thank you.
