Prices and rates are NOT negotiable. I don't go first under any circumstances. The least amount I am willing to trade is 95 EUR BTC for 112 EUR paypal.
Or the whole amount 195 EUR BTC for 230 EUR ONLY PP (F+F payment only). Be careful,if you are planning to send me USD so I convert them into EUR please take into consideration that PP exchanging rate for USD to EUR is smaller than the worldwide rate atm




So you would probably need to send a lil bit more.
