Is it possible to embed another file in .pdf file? For example, embed .exe file in a PDF file.

Yes, it is possible, there are many binders for that task. If you make a quick search you will find a lot of info and tuts

I guess Metasploit can do it. Do you have any experiences? Can .exe file run automatically?
