Extremely suspicious programs running in the background

Intro

Hey everyone, thank you very much for taking your own time to read this and help me out with my complex situation or (skeptical belief) I for some reason, highly believe that I have a Trojan, virus of some sort that is on my computer and I am having a hard time to actually identify if it really is one or not. I've looked into it but with the resources and knowledge that I have came across on hasn't really answered my question and i'm here to get your views and opinions which would be very helpful which makes me feel really grateful.

The problem: In task-manager I have a file called COM Surgate that runs in the back round, that itself doesn't make me think twice that It's some sort of malware but the problem is, I have two of these files running in the back round that lead to the correct pathway that it should be in but when I view the second one, it's name is completely different. Than the other, It's not DDL.HOST. Below I will upload the images on what I am trying to say and show you guys. If I haven't clarified or elaborated on anything specifically that I need should of, to get to the bottom of this, I am more than happy to do so  ✌

(Also are all of those Run-time brokers normal)

If someone could please help me out that would be amazing!!!
These are windows processes. Don't worry.

If you want to be completely safe, do a scan with Malwarebytes.
Sweet! Thank you so much for clarifying it for me!

make sure to scan just in case. its not unheard of for a virus to impersonate a legitimate process or file
