I will Keep this simple and short. It was basically exchange of my 26.5$ Paypal for his 25$ BTC. as he was uber he asked me to go first and there was nothing to suspect on him and after all it was a 25$ exchange so I went first and send Paypal. after I send the paypal he did not replied for an hr and after that he Pm me to ask my BTC Address and I replied back with the address and after that 3 days have Passed and he comes online daily but does not reply to my PM Nor sends my BTC.
