What Is The Artist Rank?
The Artist Rank is a simple way for the public to know that you strive to create art daily. The Artist rank will not cost any money; you'll have to apply for it via your User CP. We are introducing the artist rank as a fun and interactive way for dedicated members to the forum. With the Artist rank, you'll stand out from the crowd with a unique user bar and name color. Don't think of the Artist rank as a paid-for rank. The artist's rank will never cost money.
There will be some requirements when it comes to receiving the Artist rank.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 50 posts. (This number may change.)
- Must make some form of art and provide a portfolio or Art Showcase thread.
- Must have no warnings.
With the Artist rank, you'll stand out from the crowd with a unique user bar and name color. Do not think of the Artist rank as a paid-for rank. The artist's position will never cost money. If someone messages you, saying they can get you the rank for money, they are lying.
What's so cool about some rank?

Ability to upload attachments to the forum.

What Is The Writers Rank?
The Writers Rank is both for the writers of the forum as well as the helpers of the forum. Art Forums has a sister project that is always looking for active writers to interview artists, discuss art pieces, and more! We're also always looking for people to help us write up helpful threads and tutorials for the users of Art Forums. You'll be there to help the community or to share your writing. It's fully up to you.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 50 posts. (This number may change.)
- Must share your writing skills with a Staff member.
- Must have no warnings.

Our Goal
Art Forums is a community of artist who strives to encourage & support each other grow and expand into beautiful creators. Forums typically have a dual purpose – as an educational resource and a place to get answers to questions. For artists, this means learning about art techniques, showcasing art, getting critiques, learning about art promotion, etc. We hope to form an active community of artists willing to help younger and newer individuals get a foot in the door and expand the art that they sell/create. If you are struggling to sell art or struggling to find a specific style that fits you, this is the place for you! We think everyone deserves clear and simple tips when it comes to selling the art you create.

I'm looking for suggestions or opinions on the current state of the forum. I just finished doing almost everything I have a few more things to work on, but we are up and functioning.
