I purchased this and the seller gave me a non working product, even told me that he found an issue thats why its not working and told me that he will fix this. Until now I havent use the product I bought.

I would have given you your license time back obviously.
It's been fixed now but since you opened a dispute without contacting me, I've disabled your builder for now. Contact me to resolve.

Bro you don't need to escalate the issue, you have done the update why not give him his license back or activate it and he will resolve the dispute.

Don't This guy, it's hIs style of ripping people, if you ever close the dispute, he will do nothing, I'm building case against Him, will soon take it to the prosecutor , be there to witness against Him before this hour tomorrow, W will see the end of this, someone can't have up to 10 dispute opened and HF will let His account keep running, He feels untouchable .

Same story He told me, there is nothing resolved, close the dispute and that's the end of it, I refused to close mine,

He told me 5hours ago, update will be done in 1-2hours yet, here we are.
This act is crazy, I hope there are still some good guys in this forum, are they not talking?
Is this guy untouchable ?

I fuckiing knew it! xD he's actually very awful. Very awful.
1. Customer open a dispute.
2. Monty cry like a bitch.
3. Monty post saying "but since you opened a dispute, I will ban your licence and refund you", "I've disabled your builder for now", "I've deactivated your license", " I was just about to update but you've disputed the contract now so I have no choice but to restrict your license so you won't be able to access the update." etc.... (check his posts)
4. Monty think he's cool and untouchable.
No matter what, he will keep saying I will update it, it's almost done, I'm very busy give me until tomorrow, update will be done in a few hours, blah blah.
Edit: do not close this dispute.
Edit #2: Monty, you need to stop banning/deactivating their license every time they open a dispute xD smh

Its a question many users ask on a daily basis in all his deal disputes, but it seems he can do what he wants here on HF without any consequences.
I don't know why he has so much power. Many people have complained about his product and when you do he ban you. That's not good.

yep it doesn't work, just bought it and he told me "just read the tutorial buddy.."
i can't bind the exe and when i try to run i just get errors, he is selling broken products.
I am not going to open a dispute with him yet. Lets see how it goes.
