In fact I would also like to address the claims above, in case there's any confusion for potential customers.
Roberto was banned for breaking local marketing laws. He then tried to create a new account, and when I banned that one and offered him a refund, he wouldn't take it. He then contacted staff and opened a false deal dispute. When staff looked into it they deemed the dispute invalid, he finally sent me his BTC address so I could refund him, and that's the last I'll hear from this user.

If you are not breaking our terms of service (which are very simple to follow), you won't be banned. Less than 0.3% of our users have been banned for malicious use.

Bulk messages are not natively supported right now. Working on adding this feature right now, but until then you can use our API to build your own bulk sender.

Messages are logged and they're private in the sense that messages are not brought to my attention unless they contain specific trigger keywords. As long as you stay within the boundaries of the law I'll probably never see them.

1 credit = 1 sms, yes. In the near future 2 credits will get you 1 spoofed call.

I've had some people asking me to accept direct payment, mostly new members. You should know when dealing on HF, you are ALWAYS required to use a contract. Everything is automatic, so you won't save any time contacting me for direct payments, just use the contract system. Thank you.
