Is there a way to create "Evil Twin" without going-to real SSID location?
I want to try a dictionary attack with my brain, along with the machine dictionary attack.

The hell do you mean "dictionary attack with my brain"
You can guess an SSID and hope someone who once connected to that wifi will connect, but you're better off just hosting "Free WiFi".

I mean, how to engage "Phishing" site like fluxion did without I must go to the real location where the SSID broadcasted.
I want to guess the password using my own keyboard.

You can't just guess the password, if we could do that all sorts of havoc would be wreaked. It's impossible.
