This user is pretty much on a "scamming spree" in currency exchange, please don't deal with him.
He pretty much PMs anybody that posts an offer in currency exchange trying to close the deal as fast as possible. He's refusing to go first & use a middleman even though he got 2 deal disputes open + 1 negative b-rating.

I was SO close to sending him the money & going first due to his legendary social engineering skills:

That user gave me a negative popularity for no reason. I'm still pretty new to all hackforums stuff so it would mean a lot if someone could answer if the popularity is something I should be concerned about?
