How do I boot into CMOS without keyboard shortcut on Windows 7?

So I go into netlab trying to follow these instructions:

Gofile - File sharing platform, anonymous and free

The problem is I try to restart the Windows machine and I end up trying to click PC and then send the F11. I also try F2 and neither option is effective in starting the CMOS boot menu. This is my computer controlling a remote lab.

Is there a way in the Windows control panel or some other Windows setting, specifically in Windows 7, that make it so that when it restarts it automatically goes into CMOS/BIOS menu without a keyboard shortcut?

You can always consult your motherboard's manual in order to find the boot menu or the bios/uefi setup keyboard key , i don't think there's a way to do this from windows , just give me your motherboard's model if you can't find the manual

It’s a remote device bro that’s on a VM on a server that exists in some other location in the world. I have no way of knowing what motherboard it is.
Run memory diagnostic it goes to bios.
As far as I know you cannot enter BIOS on windows 7 without a keyboard. Windows 8+ I believe you can shift click the power button in the start menu when restarting & it'll trigger the BIOS/UEFI screen.

The startup screen should tell you exactly what keys to press (some machines use DEL, or weird F combinations) so be sure to see what it tells you to do, to make sure it's not just a wrong combination issue.
