first of all this doesn't work like described... second I waited for deliver +- a month and when finally he delivered this I barely infected my own pc and respond from him was that pc is crap and old. so I tried buy loads here and from 200 loads I got 0 bots (probably crap pc too. all of them). So I waited till he repair it and update it cuz it was still in development. meanwhile my hosting expired but I waited. I contacted him like one or two weeks before and doesn't get answer. not here, not on jabber.
I think I had a patience and I wasn't impatient.
Oh really? what is this now? This is a wrong dispute , when you buy software and it works into your pc then trying to buy bots and it didn't work on them, that means you need to blame the bot seller, not the software seller.
if you can't understand some logical stuff then you need to think again.
ok ok sure.. even you on team viewer tried infecting my own PC more than 15min ! so I don't think it worked. btw yes put blame on bot seller. bot seller who sell here and have only good reviews. don't be wrong his bots doesn't work only with your net. on my form book I get them all on another order what do you think I get all to rat. so lets count.. 3 orders, one for rat (was perfect), second for FB (perfect too), third for smm and you what's was in panel ? my own PC.
yea sure everyone could make mistake same as me but I'm not first one who had problem with this nonsense right ?

RCE's stuff works fine, this isn't his fault... Why are you disputing him?
His software works fine, you're not entitled to a refund because the bot seller's loads didn't work out too well. That's always on you or the bot seller, not the software provider.

I can understand being frustrated, but there is probably something up with the crypt or otherwise. You don't file a dispute on the botnet owner for stuff like this, unless there is a specifically stated refund policy that this falls under. You are misplacing blame.
If liability fell on the botnet / RAT seller when installs don't work, nobody would sell them because you could easily just fake something like this and boom the software vendor is now liable for hundreds or thousands of dollars. It doesn't make any sense.
Again, I can see you being frustrated (I would too) but RCE is not liable for this. I suggest you remove the dispute or else V3NDORs are going to see this and be hesitant to sell anything to you (I would at least).

yes of course its was something with crypt something with my pc and something with bot seller.... I was there I tested it !

I agree, what is this user thinking opening a dispute against RCE for this lol? Does he expect RCE to pay the cost of the bots?
I will never sell anything to this user if he offered to pay me double, looking at his posts it looks like he argues with every vendor he buys from.

I expect nothing from you I don't even know you and I don't know why you crying for him. I doesn't bought a fkin ebook for $20 .... I gave him almost 1K and I expect something that actually work. Not beta version that is unable to infect 90% of PCs and is deployed after almost two months. But we are not talking about his communication ....

I understand your frustration, but you are delusional in thinking that the loads not working are on him to pay. He's never going to pay you (I wouldn't) and you're not getting any sympathy from anybody. Talk to the bot seller, not him. Why did you not test it before paying so much money for bots? Are you delusional?

turn your brain.... I'm not talking about bot seller. I tested the bot seller few times and always did best work as I mentioned like two times here... im talking about the botnet
