dont think you understand how vcc work so ill help you. the person has to SPEND own money as in $1 at least and id guess more as has to pay a price to just buy the card in first place. so no way no how anyone is selling u this for 25 cents so fix your budget

again why would someone sell you vcc when THEY have to spend $1 at min as u missed the point they have to buy the card itself as well. no one cares if you gonna spend balance or not. if that true mise well just ask users to let them lend u their debt card since you wont spend the balance right lol. as if someone sold for 25 cents they would have a fucking gold mine here as everyone would be buying them as $1 can get u trials etc on alot of sites. its a nice idea but it wont happen. as vcc sites usually sell a card just for $5 and then load another buck or two on it and charge $10 or so per one.
