However URL seem to say "hackforums.net/sportsbook/pl/" which is abbreviation for Premier League i guess, but some are UEFA matches and not PL.

Country based, yes PL is the current popular league. However, it's not the main event. The champion and the 3 teams bellow the champion in standing of every country's league qualify to the UEFA CL. I would say the closest comparison would be maybe the SuperBowl I think.

Anyways, Let's just see how it goes with PL before adding other leagues.
