I've seen an influx of people labeling trades in the Currency Exchange subforum "Selling AGC Balance", balances are part of the account itself, so in short is selling your "AGC Balance" allowed since it also means you have to sell an Amazon Account? Its mainly what people who do  eWhoring use to cash out I think.

Under the Help Docs it says this

Any buying, selling, or trading of eBay/Amazon accounts is not allowed due to the fact that these accounts have credit cards and personal information attached.

You obviously don't know how Amazon works. They can buy the balance by making the owner of the account buy other gift cards for them on Amazon and sell them those or by using Gift of prime (buying a prime gift for them so they receive the balance on their account).

It doesn't mean you have to sell your account.

But if the OP is selling his account that isn't allowed.

You do have a point here as most people do just sell off the account at times, and that’s not allowed here. If you can catch someone red handed doing this and flag the issue in front of staff, I am sure they’ll take action.

Most of the time amazon will flag the account if you try to buy any gift card with balance. They’ll ask you to wait till their verifications team calls within 72 hours and then the vicious cycle starts of verifying.

In 2017 you could still buy gift cards with AGC balance
In 2018 you could still buy gift cards with AGC balance
In 2019 you still can buy gift cards with AGC balance

And it didn't allow you because your address on Amazon isn't in the US. I've been buying gift cards with balance since 2017.
