I'm not after a copied version etc, I've already bought a "key" from a site which wont work.
I'm on windows 10 enterprise 2016 LTSB version 1607 (OS Build 14402.447) I originally had the proper windows but a cheat I was using changed my windows key to avoid detection and I lost it (Over a year ago)
I've read on google I can buy a correct version of windows and I can upgrade or downgrade to windows 10 home or pro but it needs to be a legitimate full key.
I just really don't want to have to fully wipe and loose everything I have at the min

The cheapest place to buy a legit Windows key is Ebay. There is security in your purchase via Ebay policies and buyer protection. Especially, when it comes to virtual items; you win. As far as downgrading, you got me. I've never heard of or had to.

Ive bought 2 Win10 Pro licenses in the past and they still work as they should. Im just not sure if a normal Pro key works on Enterprise (you can always ask the seller)
And best of all, they accept BTC :)

If you do not really NEED to have the enterprise version of Windows 10, you can simply downgrade to Windows 10 (without loosing your files) as you said, and its keys are very cheap. For example, the website allkeyshop has Windows 10 Professional with around $3 which is madly cheap. Even though personally I haven't had problems so far by shopping on sites that allkeyshop does business with (and I have bought a lot of stuff there), of course when you find a key with such a low price there is always a chance that you may get scammed.
Windows 10 Pro is usually recommended. However, there advantages to the Enterprise. The enterprise version of Windows doesn't mean it's bloated with stuff, it's actually the version most organizations prefer because Windows updates are released in longer batches of time eg 6 weeks instead of 6 hours like their siblings (just an example).

Those licenses aren't really "legit" anyways.
Yes, they work, but you aren't using the licenses as they were intended so you might prefer crack them straight using a KMS activator.
