Im from Europe. But not the west.
Ok look, if someone calls usually not, they check the situation and maybe knock.

But if you report the person as (shooting from balcony, being aggressive) i’ve seen this video on their channel, they bust in. Reason (We can’t wait and risk).

I don’t know what’s defined as “special circumstances” but that depends. Can be anything.

Usually the cops doesn’t care though but when they care or it has something to do with the united states, it’s bad.

SWAT are not normal police officers. Police officers have to announce themselves and have probable cause to break your door down (screaming heard inside, for example).
SWAT already have the search warrant, they don't have to ask nicely for you to come to the door. They usually are there to get someone for a serious crime (murder, drug trafficking, etc) and the person they're getting usually is not going to calmly come to the door, lol. They'll either run or try to destroy crucial evidence before someone reaches them, hence why they break doors down. Element of surprise.

Criminality is low.
No questions are asked, they scream "POLICE OPEN THE DOOR" and rush in. No questions asked if someone is in here or no, they will simply search the house and everything.

Usually this happens for example with drug dealers. That's the most bad crime here. Nobody really kills people here.

Please stop watching Narcos and drugs/mafia related shows, movies and series.
They always mask people who they arrest even if you aren't from the mafia. It's for their own safety or if the 'agent' was involved in the undercover action to hide his identity for safety reasons.

I seen it happen in real life and you're screwed when they come for you. They didn't come for me but from someone I know, turned out it was a false alert. He 'looked like the middle aged man' they were looking for. I am not joking, they shot him, arrested him and let him free a couple of days later turning out it was an 'honest mistake' and that comes from a group of authorised people that should be protecting you.. again, I'm not lying about this stuff.

OP, you're making me cringe. You talk like you need to live in an action movie, while in real life you seem to miss a few things to be really happy without acting like Die-Hard movie stars. Work on your grind, do whatever you have to do, but don't worry about the swat or police. They'll do whatever they want, whenever they want and have the 'law' above them to help them out in case they make a mistake.
A police shooting someone is an 'honest mistake' while a citizen shooting someone is called 'attempt to murder'. Think about that.  🤝
