about 1-2 hours later he disputes claims he hasn't gotten the account but in his own proof pics he's on my account I blocked the user im done w him don't really care for the money or acc at this point since he sadly called paypal and got his money back + my account all this for $50 lol.
I just wanna know how do I fix a neg rep I know he won't resolve this since he wants another payment of $50 at least that what he said so im just stuck what should I do.

They don't really get removed unfortunately. I had a sale that went perfectly fine, then the customer tried to extort me into giving him a cheaper/free product in exchange for a good review; basically saying he would give me an awful review if I didn't provide one. I refused, and he neg repped, put me on ignore and then spread a bunch of lies. I filled an entire thread with evidence against him, proved he lied about literally every step of the way, but he's remained on here and so has my only negative market rating which hurts to see each time. I always go above and beyond for my customers, but that one petulant child ruined an otherwise perfect record and gets to stay regardless of proof.

I don't think it'll ever get changed unfortunately. It's a nice idea, but then it could probably be abused by others. It's just a shame that you can supply a lot of evidence, but the first thing people see when they look at a profile is the negative rating, and more than likely won't spend the time reading the dispute thread where you may well vindicate yourself.
After reading through your deal dispute with him it seems that the both of you have an issue with what happened in the deal, which is something Staff here does not get involved in; is deal disputes.
When it comes to Popularity it has no effect on the Marketplace or your Market Profile, so don't worry about those. B-ratings though, I don't believe there's currently any way to get a negative rating removed, especially when it's a disputed contract on both of your ends.

exactly my point I tried to do a Cash app exchange > BTC exchange but he won't deal w me since i have a Neg b-rating
Fingers crossed maybe 1 day will have a alternative to fixing problems like this

just b-rating and yeah I understand that staff won't get involved if anything it was my dumb a$$ mistake dealing w him no one was replying to my thread except him so i thought he was a good guy until he took my account and got refunded i knew something was sketch when he said I don't know how to use bitcoin and i still went on with it.
Lesson learned never rush things i guess lol.

Yeah man if you ever feel that a deal is sketchy it's never worth it to continue just because you hope it won't go wrong, always go with your gut feeling.
Also always use a middleman if you're dealing with someone you don't know/trust and honestly any other deal in general unless it's someone extremely reputable, but even then always be cautious.

I'm in no way saying to go out and only use mine, absolutely not. I'm just giving you an example of something to look for when looking for an onsite middleman, there's a good amount of them here on HF.

Yup noted that I was actually thinking of using a mm but it was a $50 deal didn't think it was needed. But I was wrong obv will pm you if i ever need a mm or even get a deal at this point lol

The only case at which your negative B-Rating will leave, is if he gets banned for a forum violation. As far as I know, in that case all closed disputes get automatically resolved by the system, and your negative B-Rating from this dispute is removed. In any other case, you are unfortunately "stuck" 😟
