Multiple entries not allowed, and I'll random.org roll to determine a winner. Your post count is your number, only your first post counts. If I roll a duplicate post, or a member who hasn't entered but has replies, I will re-roll. I'll be checking to verify upgraded users have repped, and that the rep is updated post upgrade as well.

Hold off for the month, ya never know! I figure if I can get a decent amount of buy ins at 10 bytes, it'll knock a few dollars off the price tag for me since I intend to buy bytes soon, anyhow. :)
