Hello,
I'm pretty new here, but i've been reading A LOT for a while.
I've come across an iPad from the junk yard. It was the first time i had one in my hand. I bought it because it was cheap, about 20bucks, and it was in good shape, perfect screen, 64gb of memory, so on
When i got home i realised the work 'i...guys' (as in iPad, iCloud, iPhone) they put in the security.
Already too many useless details, so here we go:
I'm trying to get into the iCloud to remove the device.
But i need first to get it unlocked, by loging into the hotmail account. I've tried that too. Also by brute forcing. Resetting the pass means sending a reset code to an yahoo email address like aa*****@yahoo.com
Tried also brute force to send an email to lots of aa*****@yahoo.com accounts, trying to guess the code afterwards.
Already tried and thought of ways to do that.
It's a real challenge (not just) for me to unlock it.
So, back to the subject of this topic: i'd also need to know how i can get the hashed password of that hotmail account. I could try after that to generate hashes, using rainbows, brute force, automatic generated using arp's.
Is there any way to get the hashed password from hotmail?
Are there any other ways to do that?
Like adding another recovery email, reading/spoofing/mitma the reset mail that icloud sends to the hotmail account. The hotmail hasn't been accessed in a long time, so i can't use cookies or attachments or anyhting like that.

Have you the email address ? Then you maybe can try to see if the mail has been breached https://haveibeenpwned.com/
If it has, you can find a password that the owner of the email has been using with the yahoo mail. But not sure it is the same password used on the iPad.

Yeah, i actually found that the owner's email has been pwned
And i downloaded the list of hashed pass'es, but it's about 550 millions passw's
And no e-mail 'linked' to those passwords
Any idea how i can get any kind of connection between the account and the hash,

I suggest using WeLeakInfo. In certain cases, you will be able to decrypt the hash using their tool too. It's pretty neat and only costs $7 or so per week. If you aren't looking to use it for that long then they offer a 24 hour trial for under $3,

I have actually found some sites that have some rainbow tables
But i have to insert the hash and i get the pass, that's 'decripted'...
It's almost like using brute force attack, because i don't have any link to the actual account
I just take all the hashes, one by one, 'decript' them, try the actual password that i get, and so on and so forth
It's just that there are too many
I might have the same chance by using kali and its wordlist
