I feel if HF allowed animated profile pictures, it could allow users to be more unique and allow people to show of their cool profile pictures, and also allow certain people to show off their gfx skills. I know some people may not like this though so to meet in the middle, viewing other peoples profile pictures animated could be toggle-able! That way it can be each to their own and everyone wins. Let me know your thoughts.

It won’t work if your file is too big. You’ll have to resize (size and file size) prior to uploading.

Are you talking about something similar to Bitmoji or what do you mean? GIFs are already supported as mentioned, what type of animation are you wanting?

Oh my god completely my mistake I feel so stupid now lmao. Yeah I have seen these before just not in a while I completely forgot, and when I uploaded my profile pic it became unanimated so I assumed they weren’t allowed, must’ve been something wrong on my end. Thanks for the help.
