These "bragging rights" threads can be viewed for others as motivation, or inspiration to show their ceiling, or to go higher than the poster. And, he doesn't owe, nor does anyone owe anything to the forum. If he wants to give back, he can give back. No one is obligated to donate or share their earnings. I hardly believe he's acting like a "big shot" for his post, or his subsequent posts as a reaction to your heckling about donating. As he said, he could have been doing this for years.
