I'd be extremely cautious as to where I'd post this information, for one. Then, I'd contact the IT department of said college as anonymously as possible and tell them that they have been breached and if they promise not to sue, I'd offer them all the information that was used to perform the data breach. Obviously I would not be leaking said information anywhere, sell it or perform any other malicious acts with the data that was retrieved.

Actually, I wouldn't even had bothered without their explicit permission to perform a hack on their systems.

Gonna find it more interesting to sell 'kicks'. Find some students that would like to have someone else kicked out (rivals etc.) and then you change the degrees of that person and have it look like it was the target that did the changes.. so he gets kicked, sued etc. i bet it would be paid good if the student is some richboy/girl which could have alot of rivals and not to forget.. money. And i assume it would not get as much attention as the degree change offer.

As someone that source and sell DB, i will sell to Affiliate/Internet marketer who will sell their product or services to them.
If that DB is available with their full information, you might want to consider we discuss this.

I might have one or 2 customers needing this. depending.
