I am learning the C++/C programming data structure and algorithm.
I am thinking to learn Assembly to reverse engineer An C++ Application algorithm.
Is it worth it to learn and master Reverse engineering?  will it enhance my skill and expertise?
and I will get a good salary and a good position as a programmer?

Being able to reverse engineer code implies that you understand the underlying logic behind what you are reversing. If you can understand the ASM and what each instruction is doing then the answer is yes, it will help you master code and enhance your expertise.

Learning x86 assembly is a good starting point to learn reverse engineering, but not for beginning to learn how to program.
Will learning reverse engineering better your capability to understand programming, and write better code?
No, because in order to master reverse engineering you already need to already have underlying knowledge about programming at it's bare metal point.

To start with, start learning the underlying principles on programming logic, and pick a language that best suites you and your preferences, I highly suggest starting with C or Python.
