Its a UB3R with 180 rep. He has no other scam reports.
So I trusted him because he is a Ub3r with 180 rep.

In his thread he needed 70 dollar money for lend.

and he didnt give the 34 dollar back. i have pm him a lot of times but he dont reply. He is not online anymore on MSN. Very strange.

And regarding what Tank had provided a link to: his thread about "breaking the circle".
Even so: what significance could there be in the PM system being used for transactions?
He did speak with him via the PM system already, to which he provided screenshots of, and I am betting the Staff are able to view since they are, indeed Staff.

I fucking hate all these pubescent teenagers in middle school/beginning high school whom are occupying the L33t/Ub3r statuses of HF.
They are the ones whom are statistically shown to scam people out of their money. Probably due to the fact that they are just in their teen years, and as every adult with experience with teenagers: teenagers lie frequently.

Although there are some older L33ts and Ub3rs here whom are respectful, kind and honest with their trades and sells.
Those are the ones whom should be Ub3r and L33t.
Not these punk kids.
