I received a vouch copy from this seller and i tested everything works fine, you get a root access server and the speed is pretty solid, the seller himself is fast to respond and good communication skills, make him your plug if you need this types of servers, they can be used for many things but for me am using it as an ssh tunnel proxy.  screen shot of speed test below:
