All Accounts are shadow banned, means it has no official signs of a ban but you can't trade. You can play csgo without any issues but you can't send any skins.

Anyways, I've never said anything against that so all accounts are shadow banned, meaning they will never be able to trade again.

I was talking about a normal trade banned user, not a shadow banned user. As mentioned above:
All those shadow banned accounts will probably not get unbanned at any given time in the future

You will get the original email. There is only digital games directly bought from steam shop, no cd key was used. You can't get those accounts back.

I also have more then 20 of these, meaning I won't put any effort into getting those back because all those skins are banned anyways.
