Eh, it was an entire ordeal with 2FA, verification in general, and had absolutely no support in resolving it other than an AI encoded support system that basically just led me back to their help documents over and over. Turns out some people have to verify their ID about 20-30 times before they are eligible to send funds out. Lol.

0 phone support. I quite literally mean 0. Was quite literally the most frustrating week involving any type of finances I have ever encountered in my life.

They held like $5k of mine for a few weeks when i really needed to send it. wasnt even trying to withdraw from bank just to another BTC address and they said they were "verifying the funds" or some shit.
