I have 2 days left to revalidate and I'm in a camp with a low adjacent and I'm hearing people over there have 1000+ days on revalidation. Anyone know how to revalidate without plugging it up?

SOLVED!!!! Get an "on the go" capable phone. Get an OTG adapter. Get an app from wherever you like called OTG Disk Explorer Pro. The one with a purple usb thumb drive for an icon. It $2.99 on the play store but Google the apk. Plug in the player. Select mp3 files a few at a time. Push the download button. Wait for it to finish and say charging b4 you disconnect. Hold center button to do reset on device. Player will still revalidate no problem. FTF from FPC ______!

P.S.    Don't forget to remove album art using a tag editor app or it will show up on the screen. Anything you download can NOT be removed using this app. Don't transfer folders just mp3 files. If your player crashes you can still use the scan function at Trulincs. It usually fixes it. Remember you asked the question on a public forum and I answered so now its free for everyone. Enjoy.

Damn well I'm expired now but I'm not going to update the firmware. I'm going to wait to see if I can hack the revalidation so I can keep it and be able to still put stuff on it. If anything comes up place let me know. (856) 218-6475 Stephen

They have the new 1.14 firmware update for the mp3 players now. Once your revalidation ends, and you plug it in the computer, it forces a firmware update and strips you mp3 of any songs not bought through corrlinks. My questions are: A- Otg Pro will no longer allow you to add music to ur mp3 player after the firmware update..is a new app that will allow me to do so? And B- I hear that there is a way to shorten then board on the Mp3 player by bridging the positive side of the battery to one of the resisters on the side of the memory chip, just dont know which one. Can someone help with that? There is cash involved if one could help in anyway. Thanks in advance.

Anyone found an app that can delete music from the mp3? Only got the otg app to put music on it, but cannot delete.

I knew how to do the shortening the battery/memory, but that takes about 60 days before it "revalidates" with 195 or more days. I can't go that long without music.

Is not that weird when u think about it we are trying to hack a system implemented by the Bureau OF prisons to limit the access to download music into mp3 wich cost 30 dolars but they sell thwm at 88 dolars that thwy sell each song through the trulincs for avg of 1.55 a song and dosenr have a lot to choose from and wich is the solely enterteintment that inmates have i can tell thw us gov is stealing from the inmate population and therefore if u can hack their system is always a thumbs up

Has anyone figured out how to update the firmware to 1.43? Ive read you need to put the hex file in to the root folder on the mp3 but what app do we need to do that? Do i need to root my phone? If so what is the best way? Any help is appreciated
