There is nothing in my private messages and I have used 0% of the space.

FIXED
SOLUTION: I fixed it, I went to "Empty folders", selected all of them and made sure to include unread messages and cleared it. Now it's working again.

Hi Vagues,

You need to clear your Trash Can as well - it reserves space in there just as it does in the inbox. https://hackforums.net/private.php?fid=4

Also my inbox is like 15% full and has never been full.
