So I'm thinking of changing my HF name but I'm scared of people not recognizing me. I would be keeping my sig, profile picture, banner etc. You think it would still cause confusion?

Just change it under you pic just put ''previously known by'' and put your name or post that on every post until people know it's you

Yeah, I thought about putting this name in my sig for a while. As for a new name, I'm not too sure. Most good names are already taken, I just want to change it from this because it doesn't mean literally anything, I came up with it when I was 8 🤣

You're not selling anything or offering a service, therefore you won't ruin your sales or anything by changing the name.

I changed my name for the sole purpose of people not recognising me but that ship has sailed.

Also I don't even look at the usernames of 90% of people so it's whatever
I recognise most people off their avatar and userbar
