I checked the roster and didn't have any available so added it to my current campaign so in the next few hours some will become available.

Its pulling the list of available servers. It then adds that information into the vpn roster. In order to keep the list always fresh, the app doesn't contain the available servers on first install. It retrieves the list during the install.

I have the UK available. I've got TalkTalk, Sky Broadband, and BT available. Nothing in 4G right now as they've all been leased out and I don't share the same device with more than 1 client.
I'm working on an api system so buyers of my systems can see everything there is to know about the device from which their proxies are being pulled from. This will help you in adjusting the fingerprints you use for whatever you might use proxies for.
