I mean.. Pikachu is pretty awesome and an over-powered Pokemon in the series, but I have to give it to Charmander. He was a truly caring and deserving companion to Ash(even to his previous abusive/neglectful trainer), and went through a hilarious but necessary transition and maturity to become a f%$king Charizard.
