How to defend yourself from someone with a RAT on your computer without a VPN?
Check your network logs and you'll be able to find out the DNS or the IP your computer is sending a receiving information from. Send a DDOS attack to boot them offline consistently. Report the IP address. ISP Dox them. Turn the situation around. If you're using a RAT without a VPN? You better be hoping you have some dumb slaves, or you could get into some serious trouble.

Is there a way to identify if an IP comes from a real ISP or if it's a VPN IP? Yes. If you do google an IP finder, or GEO locator. You can find out what ISP the IP is using. Just google that ISP, and if its like Verizon, ATT, etc. then its a real IP. If its some type of server, most likely a VPN.
