Their is people selling advertisements for real audience to your telegrams groups. I always prefer this rather than making a random group chat.

There were couple of projects which we used for Telegram scraping but no solution for mass group add bot. Will consult with our devs and update you.

Hello, i can do it as a python dev.
You just have to create several telegram accounts on your side (i know some way to do out without own several phone numbers)

I can make a bot that :
- scrape member of a group to a csv
- invite member from csv to your own group
- bulk send message to telegram member from csv
