I paid the user SomeOne.big $400 btc. He said he would provide snapchat access to a snapchat handle I specified. He said it would take 36 hours max. I inquired at about hour 24, and then hour 36. replied said that it's close. But now it's nothing. The communication is cut off. Telegram messages are undelivered.

Ouch, unfortunately deals like this one go wrong more often than right it seems. Sorry for your loss man. Of course hindsight is 20/20, but using a trusted a middleman for next time will help you a lot. Good luck!

how do I use a trusted middleman? I been scammed twice on this site. Seems like this site is full of scammers. First time user "html" said he would give me location for $200. I paid, and no replies. The user is still active on this site.

People tell me to use a contract. but I knew that the contract seems to be useless.

You can check out the marketplace discussions forum and find out a couple middlemen (I know there’s trusted ones I just haven’t used any so can’t vouch). You use them by making a contract, and having them hold the funds plus a fee for their middleman service, when the account is yours you will get it and they will get the money. If they don’t get the acct, you get your money back and only lose the comparably small MM fee.

I don't know tbh. I'd say 90% of people here that claim they know how to hack really cant even boot someone offline. I'd look for someone who's been on this forum for a long time who's got people to vouch and get a MM.

He replied on telegram. He said that he's working on it. Previously he said one hour max. Before that, he said couple more hours.

This time, he said that he's not scamming me, otherwise he would have blocked me on telegram. I asked if he can show me what's he done. But he said that it would just take time away from what he's doing. I do not know what to think. I hope he comes through. I really need the person's location and information that romance scammed me. These days all i do is get scammed.
