I just bought a curved 2K 34" ultrawide w/G-Sync. It came in yesterday and I've been using it for my second day now.
Dude. I can multitask so seamlessly. Everything is so crisp. I was using a TV before upgrading to this. (Long story. Old one monitor broke) Now I have the monitor and a TV.
Does anyone else use an ultrawide in their set up? Does anyone have more than one? That's something I want to look into. Having two or three for that panoramic look 🤭
My work laptop makes me feel like I'm gonna get eye cancer now though.
I was going to get an ultrawide but my second monitor is too decent to get rid of just yet. I ended up getting the XG279Q and I think its amazing.

I wish I could afford a screen like that. But my current monitor is not too shabby either.

Why not use both? I have an L shape desk now, and having the second monitor to my left is pretty sweet as well. I usually have it open to reference manuals or something.
I just have two standard, fairly large monitors in my set up. I have had no call for anything fancy however that's a very nice monitor OP.
I wish I had the desk space to fit two ultra-wides lol. I currently have two 28" monitors, they do the trick for me. But those ultra-wides are beautiful!
You should post some pictures of your set-up!
Yeah the curve monitors are nice.
🚀 Signature space for sale! PM me if you’re interested.

I'd have to buy a new desk and everything to fit them both on my desk. Can't do that right now.

You should post some pictures of your set-up! My desktop isn't here at the house right now so it's not there but it's a pretty computer. Right now I'm using some laptop, which suckkssss.
Which means I also don't have my mouse pad, keyboard, or mouse. So it's very basic right now :p

You can get a decent L shape for under $100. The one I have was only like 94USD

I have always wanted to own a curved monitor but I think it would be strange for gaming. Maybe just more uncomfortable until i got used to it, not sure but im sure I will bite the bullet eventually.
No, for some reason I don't personally like ultra-wide monitors!
Being a gamer I use a ROG Swift PG258Q Gaming Monitor – 62.23cm (24.5 viewable) FHD (1920x1080), Native 240Hz, 1ms, G-SYNC™
Stay Home, Stay Safe!
Cheers!
ive never liked ultrawide ones personally, just feels off
Planning to get one too, a 49 inch monitor. I was looking at the Samsung C49RG90 (5120 x 1440p) but seems some new will be released soon, and with damn good design

I don't really like ultra wide monitors or curved monitors.
I just have 3. 24" Monitors.
who uses the melt function anymore wtf just do backup startup
Once you go ultra wide its pretty hard to go back.
I use an UW 35inch for everything on the daily, and game on a 32inch when PC gaming, and a Vertical 24inch for discord etc.
