Heavy delay for SMS deliveries, been waiting over an hour now and still haven't received my test messages.

Character count limit has been increased to 160 for non-unicode SMS.
SMS with unicode still has a character limit of 70.

No, sorry. I've considered adding it but it would only increase the risk of users being able to abuse the service for blackhat messages.
