How can i recognize a scammer on hackforums?

I dont want to make any false claims or judgements but i am always skeptical and i trust no one in business especially on hackforums.

A user who registered 2 days ago claiming he can get the work done for X amount of $, applied for a service that i have requested.
I tried to see his reputation on the forums here but he registered 2 days ago.

Is this a big red flag?

I am just tired of getting scammed and it pisses me off how no one can do business properly anymore without trying to scam.
I got scammed for thousands of dollars before.
It sometimes makes me want to hire a fucking hitman off the deepweb who is going to handle everyone who tries to fuck with me.
Hello buddy,

You can use middle man, there is 2 or 3 on the forum, don't remember exactly their name, something like Zexi I guess
Don't trust people with zero reputation (Not HF reputation) always use a middleman where possible and do your research on any potential provider. The person above sounds about as legitimate as a Nigerian general wanting to send you $3 million...

Registration date does not mean everyone is scammer, until he ask for upfront payment. you can start a contract with him and hire a middle man , so both of you will be safe, not only on this forum but other hacker forums as well.
Check B-ratings and search their userID (UID) associated with their account.

If you upgrade, you can use trust scan.

Trust Scans, Business (B-Ratings) vouches and Reputation are quick indicators. Always check for Warning Threads in marketplace/caution based sections or in the Dispute Threads before dealing with someone.

That doesn't mean anything since most scammers are new users who just registered with 0 completed deals.

Maybe I'm not the one who should post on this thread as I have 6 open deal disputes, but that doesn't make me a scammer since I've already exchanged over $1000 worth of AGC-s in that time.

OP it depends on what you need. If you're looking for hacking services be prepared to get scammed, but if you're looking for exchange or something like that just visit Currency Exchange section and find someone who has a lot of positive B-ratings and with no deal disputes opened.

yeah im looking for (whitehat) hacking services at this point but i also got scammed for AGC/BTC exchange 250$ before. the currency exchange services arent any better than hacking services

How can you need a white hat for hacking services ? 🤔

For currency exchange do only with trusted members and also with less amount of money. Unfortunately, I saw "HQ" members left forum after a scam because the amount was "good enough" for that.

Use contract and middleman if possible too.
Just look for trusted exchangers with a lot of b-ratings that possibly have their exchange thread as well.

They won’t risk their business over couple hundred bucks.

this is the first user from hackforums who applied to do my service request but I refused to do work with him because he refused to follow my procedure. i am the blue one and he is the red one:

notice how rude and disrespectful he was at the end of the conversation when i refused to do business with him.
have i dodged a scam attempt?
Use a middleman, or check the b ratings I personally wouldn’t deal with anyone on the forum unless they look trusted, been scammed too many times elsewhere.
You'll want to ensure you are using the Contract System for every transaction you complete on this site. In addition, you can use the Trust Scan feature, as well as checking out their B-Ratings and Popularity.

Always deal with caution!

It's hard to 'recognise' a scammer as red flags are often unseen or disguised as something 'normal'

I don’t know if I agree with that settlement. The biggest scammers play the long con. They build up reputation and do business. Then they get away with murder, rinse and repeat.
