Need a tool that is free and doesn't ask for personal info don't mind paying a small fee to use it. Example exchanging my Bitcoin to monero or my Ethereum to ripple etc you get the point. Thanks to anyone who helps

Hey OP, you might want to check out binance.com it's a crypto exchange mainly built for exchanging crypto to crypto, but it also offers fiat deposits and withdrawals.
The trading/exchange and withdrawal fees are relatively low (Check out the referral link in my signature to save an additional 10% on trading fees).

Use Atomic wallet if you want to remain anonymous. Their wallet offers an exchange service, it's simple and quick. You can even do this on your mobile (besides the desktop version).
