well me and my wife we are big Fams of snow,here in my country we travel to big distance places to found a hotel and stay while snowing

Greece is cool for a two weeks vacation in summer. But Norway/Sweden are great either it's winter or summer.

Man... Now I want to Norway. We would have to learn to speak Norwegian though.

That's pretty much the only advice that I can offer. They have 7,103 case of Covid-19 over there. Population 5.368 million. Just be safe brother, we're swimming in that funk over here in the US.
