No I'm not reverse engineer but there is a way to patch details in rio shield server using fiddler one of RE successful done this but not explained to anyone.
Sorry, maybe i'm a noob but... Why when a look for .rio file, i don't see anything about video ? and then... It says everywhere you need just IBM AIX software - Unix operating system... So whats the problem ? Rioplay... just type the software on youtube : nothing good about it and nothing about playing a .rio file in the description of the software. Soooo Are you sure about what you're asking ?

Sorry but i didn't get you. I have video course file which content .Rio encrypted. And you must have to play this file with RioPlayer software plus you can't even play those videos without valid Serial Key.
Now you tell me what you want to tell me??

What you ask us to do doesn't look to be what we have to do with this type of file !
When I juste type "Rio file" : I find EVERYTHING but videos ! I searched : "rio encryption file", ".rio file". The only occurrence of video playing is on QUORA, in a sub reply to a more general question, and it's the only one !
So, what I want to tell you is: You re software is a scam, or if it's not a scam, it COULDNT open .rio file because nothing but IBM AIX software - Unix operating system could. The second thing is that, I didn't even open the installer that windows (and none of my securities are on) told me it's a dangerous file... WHY a video player would be a dangerous file ?!

I already added a sample video file and software installation file. Just install it and make any fake account and login after than try to play that video. You must know what I'm looking for video is encrypted and it's not possible to decrypt without key right?? But is there any way to bypass Serial Key for that particular video course?

1. I'm not developer (but) I know how to make research on internet.
2. Your installation file is HUGE virus. (No need to be developper to see it, just try to install it and you'll see.)
3. NOTHING in the description of this software tell me it can open ".rio" file. (No need to be developer, just need the reading skill.)
4. *.rio file are NOT video file (No need to be developer, just need the reading and searching skill.)
5. AND we are not your dogs

Did you see any .rio file in the video you posted ? XD Did you just take a look at the red/blue thumbs ? the comments ? My reading skills are ok, thanks, but your video doesnt proove ANYTHING. You don't have a lot because you didn't search a lot, as I already said and as I will say again.

thanks. actually he is asking how to play video protected by RECORDSHIELD application without having a serial key required to play it...
if you protect a video file using recordshield it changes the extension into .rio (ie, if you protect SAMPLE.mp4 it will be SAMPLE.rio) and it can be played only by application prepared by the same developer called RIOPLAYER. so he is asking if it is possible to crack rioplayer in such a way that it does not ask for a key anymore.
