You where clearley asked to wait 24 hours
You want people to dance around you for the 10USD you paid for a server, it doesn't work like that.
Now as it seams in the members TOS - you can forget about your money and your servers and he will be right.

I'm not using his service to know, are they bulletproof or not, but i know 100% that technical problems can happen in any server hosting business and to start dispute in 2 hours is just disgusting. For your 10 lousy dollars, this guys business ditched, when he clearley told you to wait.

Because the server was closed by the complaint, he could not handle it.
I can be pretty sure that the server is closed by complaints, not other failures

Where did you get 2 hours from? You are so rude towards OP, i can see where you are coming from but losing money is losing money, no one should have to lose money & not get a product which is sold. Don't sell the service if you don't have it.

Don't worry, PrivateAlps sells servers from dataclub.eu which is not bulletproof at all. When i asked him if he owns these servers, he was like "Yeah these are my servers" etc. Told him that this is fucked up and he asked me if i want a server from another provider. Wanna know the fucked up thing? At dataclub.eu the server is cheaper by 5 dollars.

Just stating facts. I can also provide screenshots of the email conversation we had. Obviously censored.

Okey so before making some fuss about all this  .
This customer did not wait the waiting period before making a dispute , even if the server would be suspsended due to too much abuse we would just deliver an other one and suggest using fastflux for those type of phishing scene .
He did not wait the period time and started a dispute so we closed both of the service he purchased . (We have the right to do so)
For the (not bulletproof , does not own materials blablabla) .
Everyone know's that most of people on hf dont own their servers so please dont start making all a fuss about this .
We currently have colocation in two dc one in Swizerland , one in Bulgaria. Other servers like dataclub or novogara , hetzner , google cloud , aws etc ....  or any provides are mainly carded servers that we use for our fastflux dns . Or to sell at people that just want to run botnets or scanning or any of that script kiddies activity. . We are not selling our colocation servers to people that just want to spam or  get our ips range unclean because of a poor shitty mirai iot botnet. I guess every hosting providers on there will understand . @Hero as been told he could have an other server if he was not happy with the one provided (For free)  .
