Paypal permanently restricted

im currently on a permanent restriction.
i would like to know if someone has a tip to get it undone.
its a business account which got restricted permanently without violating any of their terms of use afaik.

would love to get some advice on how to deal with paypal about it or tips to prove that i've done nothing wrong.

Regards
Doubt you got restrictied for no reason. Just call them and explain your situation if it's actually with no reason.
As other users said, you should directly call them and see what happened.
Anyway I see that the amount of threads about paypal getting limited are increasing, aren't they?
I got limited as well, not even an email to notify me. Have sent them the docs/info they asked and it has been stuck at "Submitted for review" for a few days now. Saw some posts from paypal community that it took months for them to get a reply, some didn't even get one after a few years.
I was recently limited, had that lifted within 72 hours and then withdrew £1k, instantly limited again with 15 requests for information - submitted all the above and was unlimited again in 4 days.

If everything is legit, they will un-limit you. They're a regulated bank, they wouldn't permanently restrict your access without good reason.
Chances are you'll never get it unrestricted. Sucks, but thats PayPal.
Long ago I tried talking to one of their agents in the "limitation division" or whatever, worst bunch of cunts I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

PayPal will limit anything they deem as high-risk businesses. A simple Google search will reveal a plethora of stories about legit businesses that were disrupted because of PayPals abhorrent practices.
thanks for these responses.
but unfortunately im in a loop, german support redirects me to email support, email support redirects me to phone support, english phone support redirects me to german phone support.
like wtf...

Ye it's no use.

Currently preparing steps with my local legal authorities and tax department.
I hope this "threat" will take fruits.
They never gonna remove your permanent limitation, something like this happened with me few years ago
I did everything in my power to explain and convince them but nothing happened, they will probably give you a
link to withdraw your money after like 180 days, but still give it a try.
Contact paypal and ask for management, perm limits cant be lifted by an agent.
Yeah if they give you the run around just keep moving up the ladder of command, half the time the agents don’t get paid enough to deal with limitation drama, but supervisors are paid to care so hunt them down :)
SG EXCHANGE:

Your PP -> my Crypto

Please be ready. I can reject any trade at any time if I deem you sketchy. I will run a trustscan and will do my DD.

NO NEW ACCOUNTS.
$100 USD MINIMUM TRADE.
F&F ONLY.
Have you by any chance used paypal with your name in the past and violated their ToS?
hi why my topic was removed
